Our Story
TalentSift was born from frustration. Our founders, Sarah and Michael, were hiring for their startup and found themselves drowning in resumes. Screening 300+ applications manually took weeks, and they knew they were missing great candidates buried in the pile.
They realized that while AI had revolutionized many industries, recruiting was still largely manual. Most tools focused on keyword matching—missing the context, transferable skills, and potential that make great hires.
So they built TalentSift: an intelligent system that actually understands resumes and job descriptions the way humans do. It considers context, recognizes equivalent experience, and explains its reasoning—not just a black box score.
Today, we're a team of 20+ engineers, recruiters, and AI researchers working to make hiring faster and fairer for everyone. We process thousands of resumes daily and continue to improve our algorithms based on real-world feedback.
